Workshops and Classes are great for staff parties, garden clubs and other private groups. Please call either location if you are interested in setting up a private class.
Torch Lake location: Spring Classes & Events
Job Fair- Saturday, March 14: 10am-1pm. We are looking for honest, hardworking people for the 2026 season. Openings in Retail, Cafe and Landscape. Onsite interviews
Spring Wreath Workshop: Saturday March 21st @ 11am. Join us and create your own beautiful artificial spring wreath. The cost of this class is $55 Please call to register 231-599-2824
Easter Centerpiece Workshop: Saturday March 28th @ 11am. Join us and plant a lovely spring centerpiece for your Easter table. Bring your own basket or container or purchase one of ours. The cost of this class is $10 which includes soil and moss. Otherwise pay for the items/plants you use. Please call to register 231-599-2824
Spring Break Family Activities: Bring the kiddos out March 30-April 3 anytime between 10am-3pm for some free family fun. Enjoy the sunny greenhouse, take a spring scavenger hunt and plant something to take home. There is no need to call ahead.
Seed Starting 101: Saturday April 11 @ 11am. Join Ralph and learn all about seed starting. Get excited and inspired to start your own seeds in this free class. Please call ahead to register.
Spring Open House: Saturday May 2nd 10-4
Sow Seeds of Hope: Join us for free classes, informational booths and kid's activities. Schedule of events coming soon.

Do you have an idea for a class? Do you have a group that needs a speaker? Are you looking for a place to host a party? Give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. We have hosted garden clubs, book clubs, church groups, birthday parties, family reunions, school field trips and more.
Throughout our season, both locations offer a variety of fun learning opportunities and events for adults and children. The calendar will be updated as events are scheduled so check back later or subscribe to our email list for current newsletters!
